    Techinnova Solutions provides digital advertising management services and technology tools. Our Ads Manager Platform integrates with third-party advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to facilitate campaign creation, management, optimization, and reporting.

    2. Account Authorization

    By engaging our services, clients authorize Techinnova Solutions to access and manage their advertising accounts through the respective platform APIs (Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API). This authorization can be revoked at any time by the client.

    3. API Usage

    Our use of advertising platform APIs is governed by the respective platform terms: Google Ads API Terms of Service and Meta Marketing API Terms of Use. We comply with all applicable API policies and guidelines.

    4. Data Handling

    All advertising data accessed through our tools is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not use client data for any purpose other than providing our services.

    5. Service Limitations

    Campaign performance is subject to advertising platform algorithms and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific advertising results or return on investment. Service availability depends on third-party API availability.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All tools, software, and methodologies developed by Techinnova Solutions remain our intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of their advertising accounts, creative assets, and business data.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Techinnova Solutions is not liable for losses resulting from advertising platform policy changes, API outages, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or market conditions affecting campaign performance.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, API access will be revoked and retained data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
